SilicaSites LLC respects intellectual property rights. If you believe material on BOOKDAH infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@silicasites.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice.”

1. What to include

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URL or booking/review context).
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Our response

Upon a valid notice we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who posted it. Repeat infringers may lose access to the Service. This page is provided for US copyright notice practices applicable to SilicaSites LLC as a Wyoming company; it does not create rights beyond applicable law.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email info@silicasites.com with a counter-notice including your contact details, the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
