Community Guidelines

These guidelines apply to reviews, replies, messages, and profile content on BOOKDAH. They sit alongside the Terms of Service.

1. Be honest

Reviews should reflect your real experience with the business. Do not post fake ratings, coordinated review campaigns, or content in exchange for payment or favours unless clearly disclosed where required by law.

2. Be respectful

No harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing, or graphic sexual content. Critique the service, not protected personal characteristics.

3. Stay on topic

Booking messages are for appointment logistics. Reviews should relate to the service received. Spam, advertising, and off-platform scams are not allowed.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, dismiss or uphold reports, suspend accounts, or take other steps described in the Terms. Owners may report reviews from their dashboard. Questions: info@silicasites.com.
